The Ultimate Fighter 13 Finale takes place this weekend at The Pearl at the Palms Casino Resort, Las Vegas. The card itself is headlined by what promises to be barn-burner between Anthony "Showtime" Pettis and Clay "The Carpenter" Guida. The TUF championship bout will feature Team Dos Santos stand out Ramsey Nijem versus Team Lesnar fighter/ultimate bad boy Tony Ferguson.
This season of TUF has been revied as being in many ways boring, the season lacked the usual trash talking between coaches Lesnar and Dos Santos and the fighter development was poor.
Personally I found it a relief that the coaches did not engage in the tired antics of their predecessors but I do agree with the many commentators who said the show did lacked something.
In the end the "highlight" of the season was the bizarre drunken behaviour of finalist Tony Ferguson who got blindly drunk and started interrogating Charlie Rader as to where his son was?! Hard to find anybody rooting for Ferguson tomorrow and I feel the fight could result in an early stoppage for Nijem.
